ACTS Thrift Store (All Out Caring Inc.) is a Christian, faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to uplifting families, children, veterans, and neighbors throughout Duarte and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley communities. Founded on the belief that everyday generosity can create lasting change, ACTS offers quality thrift merchandise from clothing and household goods to furniture at affordable prices while operating with passion, integrity, and a heart to serve. Every donation and purchase fuels our mission, and 100% of net proceeds are reinvested locally to support meaningful outreach and community partners.
