Bella Sorella Pizza Co. LLC was founded by two sisters driven by a passion for good food, family, and community. Gail brought a decade of experience as a pastry chef, line cook, and banquet cook at one of San Francisco’s premier hotels, honing her skills before returning to Ohio to start a business with her sister. After ten years of serving their community with dedication and flavor, Bella Sorella Pizza has become a rewarding expression of their culinary vision.
Elizabeth combines her teaching and leadership expertise with a long history of crafting outdoor brick-oven pizzas on her farm. In 2013, the sisters launched Bella Sorella with a single mobile oven and van, sharing wood-fired pizza with friends, family, and the wider Dayton community. Today, with three mobile ovens and the opening of their first brick-and-mortar restaurant in September 2025, they continue to foster connection and joy through food, bringing people together one pizza at a time.
