Carson is the true definition of a Renaissance professional someone who brings creativity, drive, and versatility to everything he does. Born and raised in the Sierra Foothills of California, he completed his university degree while living in Santa Cruz before ultimately making his way to Crested Butte.

Since arriving, Carson has refined his expertise in restaurant design, development, and management, playing an integral role in bringing innovative concepts to life. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence are evident in every aspect of his work.

Outside the restaurant world, Carson fully embraces the mountain lifestyle. Whether he’s out on the bike trails in the summer or carving turns on the winter slopes, his energy and determination carry through. With a constant drive to excel, Carson can be found contributing across all areas of restaurant operations—always pushing to make each endeavor the best it can be.
