News-Times

The Forest Grove News-Times, an award-winning community newspaper, has been a cornerstone of local journalism since its establishment in 1886. Serving the communities of Forest Grove, Cornelius, Banks, Gaston, and western Washington County, Oregon, we take pride in being one of the oldest newspapers in the state. Owned by the Pamplin Media Group, an independent, family-owned newspaper group based in Portland, Oregon, the News-Times is committed to delivering comprehensive and reliable news coverage. Our publication is dedicated to keeping you informed with the latest local news, sports, obituaries, and lifestyle stories through our weekly newspaper and daily updates on our website and social media platforms.

Our newspaper is published in two editions – the Hillsboro edition and the Forest Grove edition – each thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of the communities they serve. We encourage our readers to actively participate by submitting story ideas, letters to the editor, and other content, fostering a strong connection between our newspaper and the community. Located in historic downtown Forest Grove at 2004 Main St., Suite 309, our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For advertising inquiries, please contact Publisher Nikki DeBuse, and for editorial matters, reach out to Editor Mark Miller.
