Someburros, a fast-casual and family-operated group of restaurants known for authentic Sonoran-style Mexican food in the Valley since 1986, launched its 13th Arizona location in Goodyear at 50 N. Estrella Parkway Goodyear, AZ 85338 on July 17th, 2022. Someburros proudly continues to share the food that the rest of the Valley already knew and loved with the Goodyear community, as it was their first-ever West Valley location.

Since 2022, Goodyear has been able to experience Someburros’ time-honored traditional recipes passed down generation after generation by the Vasquez Family. Someburros is known for their familia-friendly customer service, quality ingredients, and made-to-order menu items. The community can enjoy these Arizona favorites crafted with the freshest and highest quality ingredients in a from-scratch kitchen such as crispy and soft tacos, tostadas, enchiladas, taquitos, quesadillas, and of course its signature burros including the Pollo Fundido, the most popular dish amongst guests, and their traditional Red and Green Chili Beef, which has been a favorite since 1986. Another must-try menu item is Someburros’ popular frozen margaritas, which are available for both dine-in and to-go.

Dedicated to fast-casual, friendly service and quality, made-to-order food, Someburros accommodates walk-up orders, digital orders through the Someburros app and website, and most recently, drive-thru orders. Someburros Goodyear features drive-thru service for on-the-go customers who can opt to drive up, order, and pick up their meals without leaving the comfort of their cars. For dine-in options, the Goodyear location includes a 3,800 square-foot indoor dining area with counter service, comfortable seating and a spacious outdoor patio. Someburros commissioned a local muralist, Isaac Caruso, to hand paint custom artwork featuring Goodyear’s desert landscape and Someburros’ mascot, Nacho.

Someburros’ history in the Valley, heirloom family recipes, consistent and delicious food and friendly guest experience is why the restaurant group has been able to expand from the East Valley to the West Valley. The community and Someburros’ devotees inspired the decision to expand in the West Valley and now the families, residents, and businesses of the Goodyear community are able to experience Someburros’ authentic, Sonoran-style Mexican cuisine and signature burros. Coming next in 2024 are Someburros locations in San Tan Valley and Norterra/North Phoenix.
