Senior Care-
The Dalles Athletic Club has activities for all levels and age groups. Join in our Senior Mobility and Balance or take the Arthritis Foundation Class in the pool to keep those joints lubricated. We have many classes that are perfect for any age and skill level. Visitors are welcome.
