The Food We Eat Everyday focus is to educate self improvers and those who have a desire to change the direction of their health by offering 4 week nutrition workshops and private, one on one personalized health & nutrition coaching. 

The Food We Eat Everyday teaches how to realistically eliminate and reduce the foods that cause dis-ease by offering tasty, healthy alternatives and substitutes for these foods. Reading and understanding food labels and how the ingredients either promote health or contribute to disease is the foundation of everything we teach. 

Our Single Servings include a one on one Grocery Store Tour and an in home Pantry Purge to further assist clients on their health and wellness journey. 

Every person we work with is different. No meal plan works for everyone. There are no cookie cutter nutrition or meal plans. Nutrition and health is personal and the food you eat everyday should fit your needs and desires. We work with you as a unique individual who wants to make improvements in your life.
